- Windows and patio doors in PVC (synthetic material) with triple glazing.
Insulated exterior façade rendering
- Thermal insulation in expanded polystyrene foam for rendering, or in stone wool, thickness 220 mm according to the thermal calculation. Synthetic rendering based on silicone, 2 mm grain. Base of the façades treated against humidity with reinforced mesh and extruded polystyrene plates.
Exterior movable sun protection
- Motorized louvered blinds in a color similar to/equivalent to the exterior windows in the living room, bedrooms except in the sanitary facilities, profiled blades width 90 mm.
Photovoltaic panels installation
